Should I  buy a ticket to RR if I have any health concerns or any other concerns that would prevent me from being able to feel comfortable sleeping in the dirt/tenting, using portable toilets etc. ?

If you have any doubt about your willingness to participate in: moto tent camping with no access to power at your campsite, meeting a lot of new people, using portable toilets, going with the flow during an action packed and loud event, this event likely isn't for you, and thats okay!

What is the minimum age to attend the event and is ID required to enter the event?

Yes, our event is 19+ and you will be required to present ID upon entrance to confirm your ticket purchase. No Kids, No Exceptions.

Are pets allowed at the event?

No pets. No exceptions!

Are there fire restrictions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There are NO individual fires of any kind allowed including propane fires. No fires, coals, stoves or flames. A compact Jet Boil is okay. We will have a large communal fire in our main event area for those who wish to sit around one and we have everything you need for food & drink available onsite.

Are  RVs/trailers/toy haulers allowed?

No. We will not be able accommodate trailers/RVs/Toy Haulers onsite. Please do not show up with one, you will not be allowed in. This is a tenting only event.

Can I show up in my Vehicle?

Accepted Answer

*New in 2026* If you plan to bring a vehicle, you must pre purchase a CAR PASS. This is for parking only, not for car camping as we cannot guarantee space inside campground for your car. If you do not pre-purchase a pass, you will not be allowed to bring a car onto the property or park it in our lot anywhere on or near the property. We do not have the capacity for many vehicles so a pre-pruchased pass is required.

Are there Quiet Hours at the event?

No. We specifically rent a property without neighbors so that we don't have to worry about being quiet at any specific time during the event. We do provide ear plugs upon arrival and there is plenty of space to camp away from the noise. We reserve the right to ask anyone who is being disrespectful to be quiet at any time, but trust that our attendees will behave respectfully.

Can I show up and buy a Day Pass or at Ticket at the gates for the event?

No, this is a full weekend experience only.
We only sell weekend passes!
Please do not show up and expect to be able to join in for a single day.
Pre-purchase of weekend long tickets only.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Accepted Answer

No, you can just show up with your ID and your name will be on the list if you have purchased a ticket.

Question 10

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration name doesn't match the person who attends?

Accepted Answer

No. Each person attending the event MUST have purchased tickets in their name to be on our ticket list. If someone else bought your ticket for you, you must show up together so that the person with multiple tickets in their name can register the whole party.

Can I get a refund?

Your ticket purchase is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled due to a natural disaster/extenuating circumstances.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Tickets are transferrable as per the instructions below. Your ticket is no longer transferrable after June 15th, 2025. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Where is the closest convnience/fuel station?

Frank's General Store is 8 minutes away from the Gold Panner Campground. 
Mini mart & gas station.

Is this a Harley-Davidson only event?

Accepted Answer

NO. It doesn't matter what you ride, we'd love to have you! 
Renegades ride everything from Harleys to sport bikes, from Triumph to enduro and beyond.

Are there any tobacco/cannabis consumption restrictions at the campsite?

Accepted Answer

No restrictions on tobacco/cannabis consumption. But please remember to be respectful and always dispose of butts in containers provided.
